It makes me energized for the entire day when I go to a 6 o’clock workout. I can tell that my strength and flexibility have increased. What I really love is how great the yoga instructors are. So far I’ve only had Gina and Emily. They’re very patient, caring and energized. They consistently ensure I’m doing the poses correctly and safely. I felt like I was home the first week of classes.
