I wasn’t let down the least bit. The lady Laurie was very polite and helpful and the way the clothes were washed, folded, packed and kept ready was phenomenal. What really blew my mind was that all the clothes were packed systematically as in all jeans together, all trousers together, all warm hoodies together…. “Davinci Home Improvements was awesome! I called them on Wednesday, and he came out on Thursday and cleaned my chimney. While he was here, he looked at my dryer vent for me. I had had it cleaned by another company 4 months ago, but my dryer was still not drying clothes completely. He was quickly able to see that the vent had not been cleaned at all, and it was completely clogged. He cleaned to the same day and charged a very reasonable price. Excellent, honest service!”

“Ok, this is probably the nicest laundromat I’ve been to in a while. Drove 20+ min to get here instead of going to one in my area. Facility is clean & they also have clean restrooms available. Clean & efficient washers as well as dryers. Drying does cost $2.10 ($2.75 for larger dryers) but you get 30 min which is ample time to dry your clothes. $2.80 for 2 load washer, $5.50 for 4 load, & $10.80 for 8 load. Did see some other units but I didn’t walk around that much. Facility is large enough to social distance with ample seating. Best part is there are attendants available wearing red vests. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by someone who immediately helped me get a laundry card. 5 stars across the board.”

This is the fourth mitigation company I've used since purchasing my home in 1999. To add, Christiana Kav, Emergency Response Coordinator, was so patient, as the claim took way longer to navigate than I'd hoped. “This is a small place on the corner of a strip mall (next to a donut restaurant and an Oreck cleaning supplies store). They are good about turn-around time; I was able to get something by the next day at 1 PM. And prices are reasonable; just about the same as other dry cleaners in the area. I took off one star because parking can be a pain. I had to park on the other side of the strip mall and walk over. But I have no complaints about service.”
