“Chucks Moving & Delivery Service did an amazing job with my move. I had to get my hardwood floors treated and needed my furniture moved from the main level to the garage and then placed back in 48 hours. They were very gentle, did not drop, or damage any furniture. Nor did they scratch my floors. I appreciated their carefulness with my furniture and floors! I really wanted to give 5 stars but had to give 4 stars only because of having to initiate contact on both dates to determine an ETA or window after being told I'd receive a call. I waited and finally had to call to get the ETA ( both dates) because I never received a call. I needed to plan my day & run important errands. I understand things were probably busy for them but it was a bit frustrating waiting without a call. I'd consider using them again if I could confirm an ETA window prior to booking as a general courtesy. Nevertheless, they did follow through on both dates, as promised, gave great service, moved efficiently, and were pleasant!”

“We had a complex move which included temporary housing while we were looking for a final place. We called 1-800-PACK-RAT to store our stuff while we sold our home, they re-delivered our container and we finished our move, then they held the container until we found our new house. It was worth every penny. Get over the sticker shock you may receive when you get your estimate because the hassle was gone, the move was a breeze, and so stress free. Having a container in our driveway allowed us to load/unload at our convenience, there was no hurry on either end. We were also able to stage our home by packing away a lot of things early, then having the container picked up and dropped off again later to complete the move. Transport was a breeze, we packed it well and upon its return, nothing inside was damaged or had barely even moved. The initial quote was very fair, and when all was said and done, the total bill came right in at the quoted price. No surprises. Scheduling was easy, rescheduling as we needed was also super easy, there were never any issues, not one negative aspect to this whole experience.”

“I used Bekins to move my household items from California to Minnesota. Being my home in Minnesota is not ready to move in, my items are being stored in California. Bekins packed my entire house in less then one day and the following day they loaded all my household goods into pods for storage. My Bekins representative in California is Mark Glazier. This gentleman has been very helpful in giving me excellent workers for packing and loading. Mark personally handled a special project that needed special wrapping for transportation. I give this gentleman 5 stars for his expertise and professionalism. Mark also referred me to Parkway Auto Transport to move my car and motorcycle to Minnesota. My vehicles were delivered in 5 days. Excellent service there as well. Curb service on pickup and delivery. It can't get any better then that. As soon as my home in Minnesota is completed, Bekins will deliver my household items. Mark has asked me to inform him as soon as I find out the date for delivery. From my experience with Bekins, I know that Mark will have my household items delivered in a safe and timely manner.
