It all worked out in the end, but they did everything they could in that moment to try to make it right. I was so appreciative of that. “Thank goodness I was referred to Rick at Quality Care is where I'll start.. I needed to get my car in somewhere quick and I was getting the run around everywhere I called. 4-8 wks if I was lucky? Seriously? Then someone said I should call Rick at Quality Care. Professional and friendly, he answered all my questions. He also helped me through the process with my insurance company. I couldn't get in or out of my driver door, which was of course unsafe besides being a pain. He worked me in and worked with my insurance company to get it done as fast as possible. The ins co took longer than he did. My Nissan Baby looks soooo good, and I felt like he took the time to make sure it was done right and I would be happy. Completely happy with this company and would highly recommend it to anyone.”
