I have taken my Key West 176 to the Grass Shack for service and installations of new tech since I've owned it (2.5 years). Previously I had frustrations with other mechanics so experiencing the Grass Shack's level of customer service has been a breath of fresh air. I would recommend them to anyone. These are the nicest people you will ever deal with. Not only did we get a great price on a fantastic boat, but the delivery was amazing. A ride on Lake Lanier that was informative and fun. And when we had a spot of trouble about 10 miles down the road that had nothing to do with the boat they came right out to help. Amazing group of people.
