The customer service is always on point with knowledgeable and friendly employees like Mason, she's great! When we go to other locations it seems as if we spend more time searching for things that have been scattered around the store, not at flowery branch! This is our go to location and we recommend it for your home needs too!

(September 15, 2022, 11:13 am)Visited store on Sept 14, 2022 looking for patio chairs. Ms Melissa waited on us and was so helpful. She helped us pick out two chairs that were discounted. Then she took us to look for another item. She was very knowledgeable and walked us to the cashier. She did above and beyond. Great customer service.
