He was great with communication and answered every question we had no matter how simple or petty. Our on-water test ride was nothing short of informative. Tom was extremely knowledgeable about our 2014 Malibu Wakesetter and showed us all of the tips and tricks related to making the surf wave perfect every time. All of our reupholstering is fabulous with Cibele’s artistic touch, & talent. The new flooring is spectacular with its 10 yr guarantee & without a single spot if mold since we had it done over 6 months ago. I can’t even begin to mention all the extras Cibele gave us, from trailering the boat for no additional charge to a gift of one of her custom cup holders that matched our upholstery. We had a few issues with the electrical after we got the boat back, but she never hesitated for a moment to tell us she would pay for correcting the error her team made in putting it all back together. Her end product & customer service is superb and 1st class. We will forever be grateful to Cibele & her team for a beautiful job on our old pontoon. It looks like a million bucks now. “Honesty above all. In the middle of the summer my boat was totaled in a fire, with the family visiting, and all planned for a great long weekend. With a short budget, I went by to look at the boats they were for sale in the area. Most of the places dismissed me in a second. Jim listened, understood what I was looking for in about 5 minutes. The 2nd or 3rd boat he pointed out was the perfect one. When asked about condition, he did not lie, told me exactly what he knew. I took the risk of buying it in the spot, after cosigner accepted the offer. All I can say, the boat was in exceptional condition. It was a few years older then my now defunct boat, but it looked 20 years newer. I took it to my mechanic to check it out (after purchase), and couldn't find anything wrong. An hour after the purchase, boat was in the water. I recommend you this place. Jim is an honest man, good to do business with him. Soon will be time to upgrade, and Boat Plus of Georgia and Jim, will be my first stop.”
