KTM Roofing

We had a leak that ran into our sunroom. I called 4 roofers for consultations. James at KTM was the only one that found the leak. He quoted a fair price for a repair. As my roof was almost 20 years old I decided to have the roof replaced rather than just the repair. James gave me the most detailed quote and the best price. His crew showed up when promised and finished the work in a day. They cleaned up after themselves well. A couple of months later I had some damage to the roof that was not the fault of KTM. I called James, explained the situation and asked how much it would be to repair it. The owner told James to come out and do the repair for free. I was very happy with my new roof before. Now I will tell everyone I know to use KTM.

Such an awesome experience with James and the KTM team. After having a leak that caused water to enter our closet through a light fixture (oof!), we had a different roofer come out for an estimate, and he told us we needed an entirely new roof! We were aghast as the previous owners had just replaced the entire 6 years ago. We then asked a neighbor/friend who is also (very conveniently!) a contractor. She recommended KTM. We called and James showed up the following Monday. Very easy to schedule over the phone and their front desk person was incredibly kind and professional. James quoted us for a partial replacement of a small area of our roof - cost a fraction of what we would’ve paid with the other guy. The service itself was quick, relatively quiet (at least not jarring), and done in maybe 2 hours at most. 10/10 experience. The service was great, and I never once felt like James was trying to make a quick buck off it us, but the level of professionalism and kindness truly makes KTM our new roofer of choice. Hopefully we won’t need a roof repair for a while, but if we do, we have James on speed dial. Thanks y’all!

KTM has been great! I not only had shingles that had blown off due to wind/storms, but had a leak roof as well. They came out several times to my house due to my insurance inspection changing time after time. They never complained and always made it work out. This went on for months and most companies would not be this accommodating. The work is now completed and they did a great job matching my previous shingles to where you can’t even tell the difference, which I was worried about at first. Also you get a 1 year warranty which is great. Thanks KTM and a shout out to Kristen and James for being so helpful and patient.

We used KTM roofing for an installation in 2007. When we had storm damage last month, we contacted them and a representative was out the next day. He had already researched and was able to locate the same shingles used originally. Repairs were completed to our satisfaction a few days later for a reasonable cost. I highly recommend KTM Roofing.
