    Northwest bait station installer Michael just finished work at my house. He did an awesome job! What a great example of quality service he is for Northwest. Washed his mud off my drive way proving he really cares about his work and your company. So rare to see that kind of personal pride anymore. Michael should be commended!

    I recently purchased a home and noticed a lot of ants on the property. I contacted Northwest Exterminating to see if I could set up a pest control schedule for the year. The technicians sent out were very professional and took the time to explain what they were doing and why. I had concerns due to there being ducks in the backyard that my fiancée is very attached to and was assured the granules being put down would not kill the ducks.

    The technicians arrived on time and even called to let me know they were on their way. I'm looking forward to working with Northwest Exterminating for as long as I own my house! As of yet I haven't noticed any pests inside the home.

    Their customer service is good and they are prompt to respond. They have been working with us since we bought the house to help us get rid of snakes, mice and bats. We even had special insulation installed in our attic spaces to help with pests and other unexpected guests.
