Since leaving my previous vet I could not be happier for choosing Dr Alexander and her staff to take care of my dogs. They truly care for the health and well being of not only your pets but also you as person. They are not pushy with any of their opinions, or practicings of medicine. The doctors are very down to earth and will give you their honest opinion and recommendations. When there is anything wrong with one of my dogs, I only trust the doctors and staff at New Georgia to care for them. They don’t try to up sell you. They aren’t pushy on any unnecessary procedures or medications. I truly appreciate the fact that they treat my dogs like their own family members! How often do you find that? Almost never. How often do you find a vet that also treats you as a client like their family member ? Again, almost never. Kudos to all of the staff here who put up with rude people on a daily basis, you do not deserve anything but the up most respect and kindness. I will never go to any other vet, and I will always tell anyone who asks to go to New Georgia Animal Hospital to visit with Dr Alexander and her amazing staff!

My boy was sick and I called so many vet offices that morning and either they weren’t taking any new patients or they were booked out atleast 3 days out. Knowingly my boy did not need an ER visit but needed to be seen promptly. I called this office through recommendations and I got a voicemail so I hung up. Minutes later they texted me informing me they were away from the phone they will respond. I was skeptic but I replied back that my boy was in need to be seen as a new patient problem visit. The gentleman called me back later that afternoon to my surprise, triaged my dog and I received an appoint the very next day! For the first time as a pet parent, I felt after speaking to him, this office really do care about fur babies and we have not been seen yet! At appointment day, the staff was efficient, courteous and professional. I work in a healthcare setting at a doctor office and I have to say, their system is a plus! I am impressed! He was assessed and Dr.Alexander was able to quickly diagnose his problem. Margi is a great as well! She followed up with a call to make sure we had our next follow up appointment. My boy was seen the day prior to this review and he is beginning to show signs of improvements! THANK YOU!

    This place was awesome
Being new to g.a I didn’t know how to feel about going to any veterinary place with a pit
They made me feel comfortable, which is a big thing to me
They were great with all 3 of my pups,
They explained a lot of things to me about short nosed dogs and
My Boston , unfortunately he is really sensitive to the sun here 😞 so they gave me a prescription and now he’s a happy pup again
So thank you to all, I truly do appreciate what you did
We will be back when needed of course

We have taken several dog here over the past 16 years. I have always thought the staff were very friendly and nice, the techs and the vets! It’s been a year and a half now since I was last there, to put my 15 year old dog down. They were very kind and compassionate during a very difficult visit. I will say that I always thought they pushed too many shots for yearly shots, but that the care I have received for my dogs has always been too notch!

I took my best friend here for a second opinion and it sadly ended with her being put to sleep. That was the hardest decision I’ve ever had to make and every single staff member I came in contact with during the visit was so compassionate and understanding. Taking your dog to the vet and only getting to leave with a leash and harness is the most heart wrenching experience. Gypsy showed them nothing but love and they definitely returned the love. I hate that it was my first interaction with this office and I wish I would have came to them when her problems originally started happening because maybe she could have been saved and she would be in my arms instead of on my shelf. I can’t begin to tell you how grateful I am. They made this as easy as possible. Thank you for everything.
