At first I was very skeptical when I spoke to a receptionist over the phone..maybe she was just having a bad day I don't know. But being here in person, I was very happy. The waiting time isn't the best. But that's okay. I can deal with that if the people working here are overly friendly.
I like a smiling face, friendly conversation and people to show that they really do care. I'm having to have transfusions for the next several weeks and knowing that I will be treated with respect, kindness and someone with a loving and caring heart makes me happy to come back, and definitely out weighs the cons of the wait time. I've been coming here since February 2021. When I walk in the door and up to the counter I'm always polite and speak. But no response from anyone working the front counter. You work in a center where individuals don't know if this could be their last visit. At least show the common courtesy of speaking. If you're not happy with your job go somewhere where you don't have to deal with the public. This is unacceptable!! However they could learn from the ones working in the back. Thanks
Since my last review my experience here has been spectacular. Maybe the young ladies at the front counter had to get to know me. They have wonderful to me. They're friendly, courteous and professional. I really appreciate they're recognition of those who comes in and they're friendly reaction with each other. There's hope for Courtnei after all. And Bre was wonderful and friendly after just meeting for the first time. 😂 😂 😂
The staff is quite friendly and helpful. The waiting room was clean and not too too crowded. They are quite organized and know what they're doing. They have a lab on site and would recommend them.
