(August 27, 2021, 2:45 am)Small gym but has everything you need unless you only do machines. Dee (the co-owner) is really cool and full of energy, great personal trainer and a good friend. I just show up and do my own thing but if you have any questions she is full of lifting knowledge.

She is a certified trainer that offers an energetic personality and knowledgeable expertise with anything regarding the body, exercises, and equipment. Best kept secret in Conyers!

Dee is professional, knowledgeable and has a great way of translating her knowledge into results. She knows how to make the slightest adjustments to help target a specific area. I love this place!
