“We unfortunately found out in December that we had a water leak under the kitchen sink from a crack in the tee connector. After checking in with our insurance guy, we heard about this company and they came highly recommended. Service Master sent out a water remediation technician right away, who found out there were signs of mold along with the damage. They quickly sealed off the kitchen and did what was needed to dry the area to stop mold from growing. After a few days they removed their equipment and started removing the areas damaged from the water, which included the flooring, cabinet fronts, and baseboards. They did however wait to take out the rest of the cabinets and counters until after the holidays so that we could have an easier time entertaining guests, by our request. After the holidays, they came out quickly to remove the rest of the lower cabinets and counter tops, and the drywall that had been damaged. They started repairs quickly, working closely with our insurance to make sure that insurance covered their parts of our reconstruction. They also worked closely with us to make a few home improvements, including upgrading all of our cabinets, counters, and flooring, and flooring the rest of our main level at the same time, We did have some outside issues that caused delays, problems with insurance and the postal service, but Service Master was very patient during those delays and worked with us to keep things moving forward. They were also very patient with us when we changed our minds several times, and they went above and beyond to help us find what we wanted. Now that everything is completed, our main level looks like a whole new house and we could not be happier with the quality of the work, and how everything turned out! The office staff, project manager, subcontractor, and workers were all friendly and helpful, and went above and beyond for us to make sure we were completely satisfied. We would definitely recommend this company for any home repair or improvement needs anyone has.”
