I left a voicemail to the owner of the business and later I was given a free wash to make up for it. Do please see what caused that issue so it won't happen again. “Overall great hand wash bay. Water pressure was stellar and a ton of soap used. Most of these washes you go and feel like you get no soap, so this was a nice change… it actually cleaned my truck! The bay itself was clean, no trash or anything. It took credit card for a good price- $1 for 2 minutes. You can add time on the card in $0.25 increments. I didn’t use the vacuums, but a few people were and they seemed to work.”

The communication between the two mechanics that did my oil change this time were great, so great I had to tell them how good a job they did. You get a free vacuum and car was with your oil change and when I got around to the free car wash the young guy manning the car wash on this day was one of the guys that did my oil change the first time I went and had the worst attitude then and now. He obviously doesn’t enjoy his job.”
