“There was a representative by the name of Star who was the ultimate salesperson. Upon attempting to purchase my wash, my card declined—which can be a pesky situation; however, Star made her way over to the vehicle and made the whole situation quite enjoyable. Instead of focusing on the problem, she began to offer solutions as I resolved the card issue: she was light-hearted and innovative in her approach; she offered me several wash solutions in a way that made sense and she was quite personable and charismatic about it. Star knew how to eloquently go for “no” in such a way that did nothing feel overbearing. I appreciate her assistance, and even though I did not enjoy the vacuums (low suction), Star’s customer service was so amazing that I had to leave a stellar review! “Excellent! Exceeded my expectations. It doesn't look like much when you pull up, and you can easily miss the turn in. It's right next to the AutoZone btw. There's no indoor waiting, just a few chairs outside. They're working with a high pressure sprayer and a shop vac + a lot of elbow grease. Could take a while if there's more than 2 cars in front of you. I might suggest calling ahead if you are on a schedule. But the owner is friendly and inspects every car before he hands the keys back. They're not perfect, but good enough Seriously, don't judge this book by its cover!”

“This gas station actually has its own water filling station so that is nice. There are plenty of stalls and each stall has the room to park two cars on each side. However it appears to be a popular location and can get quite busy. The location both for the exterior and interior was very clean. The store is medium sized and I love how everything was sorted and very organized. Next to checkout, there's also more snacks to choose from and the cashier himself was very friendly.”

The test was about 10 minutes. The inspector (David) was courteous and conversational. This review is regarding the emission testing facility. Highly recommended. The amount of precise detail they took in paint correcting and applying a ceramic layer onto my car is beyond words. My 2018 looks like it's brand spanking new!!! Doyle coordinated everything and I can not be more satisfied. Even miss Shannon came and personally drove me from work to my car so that I could be the first to see the work they did.
