“True master plumber. I had a bathroom that had been installed entirely wrong with tile everywhere. I asked a tile contractor to cut an access hole so I could do minimal repairs. Instead, he said Konstantin was a magician who could replace the cartridge from behind the wall. Two other plumbers said it was impossible since the cartridge was stuck behind a 2x4. But instead of a minor repair, we ended up replacing all of the faulty plumbing starting two floors down, and the installation of a dryer vent. No new tile and all new fixtures at a reasonable price. Because of his reputation, he is very busy, but it was worth the wait.”
