I would definitely recommend both Georgia Flooring Outlet and Steve Garrett to anyone looking to do flooring! I was at the very beginning of an entire home remodel. Having never tackled a project like this before, I did my best to explain to Steve what I envisioned the outcome to be, showing him the paint color, pictures of my home, as well as pictures of the new furniture that was to be delivered. Steve immediately saw my vision and took me straight to what I needed, giving me several options to accomplish what I intended. I am an extremely detail oriented person, with a lot of questions. Steve remained patient the entire time, answering every question, never pushing me to a hurried decision. He truly worked from a standpoint of “making sure that I got what I wanted, long term”. The installation of both the LVP and the carpet was just as easy. The installers were extremely professional and skilled at what they do. They answered every question patiently and did exactly what they said would be done. They showed up every day on time and worked the entire day, something that is extremely rare in today’s time! I truly cannot express how pleased I am with the entire process!
