“I was in need of some special ingredients to make Hot and Sour soup. I thought Dekalb’s Farmers Market was going to have everything I needed but unfortunately that didn’t so I had to search out for an Asian Mart. I struck gold when I found this place less then 3 mins down the road. They had everything I needed! I knew I was going in to find and purchase a couple things like Lily Flowers, Wood Ears, and canned Bamboo Shoots. Well- my daughter and I ended up walking down EVERY aisle. We spent more than an hour in this small and quaint store. We were thrilled to see everything they had in stock. Of course we ended up buying more than what we came in for. Besides the ingredients for the Hot and Sour soup- we purchased instant noodles, ceramic noodle and rice 🍚 bowls and everything in between. The staff was so pleasant and even gave me pointers on the preparation of my first attempt for the Hot and Sour Soup. I’m so glad we stumbled across this store, we will be back very soon!”

“This is a small convenience store that does not sell alcohol. They have a gigantic smoker on the side of the building that smells amazing. The meat section is in the corner of the store. They have whole chicken, pork ribs, and pork rinds available. All tasted amazing and came with salsa. The salsa is green or red. I can't remember which is hotter. The entire process lasted 2 minutes because the food is already prepared. I also like to grab some drinks and chips.”

I feel bad I don't remember his name but the guy up front (Jarvis) I believe, speaks to everyone which detours shrink. The store is neat clean and organized. The most impressive thing I experienced. There was a young man stocking some shelves. I asked him where a product was. This young man stopped what he was doing with a smile and didn't make me feel like I was bothering him. Took me to the Isle my product was on. Asked did I need anything else and said "Have a good day sir".. ...I was a Store Mgr. In Florida I know good customer service when I experience it. I worked at the Annex building across the street years ago 15 to 18 years ago and ate hear almost daily and the food standards have remained the same great quality all these years. “Okay I probably should not be telling you this because y'all are going to go and buy them out and then I won't have any but they make the best biscuits and croissants and that bakery and sell them by the box oh my gosh. When you take one of the croissants and heat it up for 30 seconds and bite into it you don't even need to add butter because you can taste the butter in it. The biscuits are so out of this world that you don't even want to go to a fast food place anymore whoever is cooking in that bakery is worth a million bucks.”

“Wayfield Foods is my go to when I have to pick up a few items quickly. At least 8 times out of 10 they have it. The store is clean. The check outs move pretty quickly. Good customer service at the check out is a hit or miss. The manager is always on the floor stocking items on the shelf, a true busy bee... but slacks on the friendliness side. Over all I will keep coming back because of the convenience, quality, and quantities.”
