  I just started my training with Chris at Powerhouse a couple weeks ago, and I could not be happier about my experience! Chris is very knowledgeable and a great coach and motivator. He took his time to get to know me and to learn what my fitness goals are. He has given me tools to progress in my fitness journey, that extend past our one on one sessions. He goes above and beyond! I highly recommend working out at Powerhouse, and if you’re looking for training sessions then ask for Chris!

  This is a very unique gym. It has a sense of community; most people seem to know each other, while everyone is very friendly and welcoming. The environment is very motivating. People are there to work hard and are very focused on getting in a great workout. The intensity from observing people push themselves to unbelievable limits feels contagious and made me want to work even harder. The staff all seem extremely knowedgeable and very helpful. I had a great personal training session with Chris Mooney. He guided me on each exercise; first demonstrating how to do the exercise correctly and then
  pushing me to ensure I got the most I possibly could out of every exercise. He had me doing far more than I thought I was capable of. He knew when to add more weight vs. when and how much to back off if it was too much for me. He corrected my form on different exercises to ensure I was working the targeted muscles properly, especially as I reached fatigue. He has a huge repertoire of exercises for all muscle groups and does a great job explaining the benefits of one exercise over another and why. I learned a huge amount from him in just one session. He knows how to motivate you and keep you engaged toward reaching your goals.

  Gym is decent and you can work out 24 hours I go here and my hubs cardio in from back weights and machines bring your own luck for locker there us a water fountain . Shower area and can dry hair too. Decent small simple gym I like it
