Vanessa was so helpful, my husband and I were able to have a very special experience to commemorate our special trip to Hawaii and presto harbor with this wonderful store. You get to choose your own shell and the beautiful pearls(s) inside can be put into any one of their beautiful pieces of jewelry. I will treasure the set that we got here for the rest of my days, I'm so glad I was able to experience this great little shop

Vanessa helped me pick out something special for my Fiance to be. she gave her opinion humbly and in a helpful way and even called around to other stores and spoke with managers at multiple other locations to get what i wanted . I left happy and will be back as a customer for sure.
