I've been a long-time customer of Allstate and went thru 2 agents before joining Brad's office. The people at this office are superb. They care for their customers and take the time to know the people. Nowadays, it's hard to find a local office that manages and treats Customers like family. When picking Allstate as your insurance coverage, ask to have this office as your agent.

I believe 100 percent in customer service. When I call to ask about the service you provide, I expect to receive information given, to be for my needs, not just someone selling me their service. I believe that I got every bit of that and more in contacting Allstate Insurance. They are trusted, the rates are fair, and they are available when I need to ask a question. I am very happy to be covered by a company that explains to my level of understanding. Older is not always better but it does make you wiser.
