“I love the Hawaii bus system. I've used them since my high school years to now. Its always on time and.the buses are always clean . The drivers are always helpful and friendly and also alert to everything that goes on in the bus. As for the main bus terminal its going thru some changes with the parking which is a good(parking lot is big) but yes there is parking for those who want to park theur cars and catch the bus to town or whoever they have to go.. Also their is a information office and a information wall for bus numbers.and station (for after office hours) they also have clean restrooms for both genders and they always have security guard patrolling all day for our safety along with video cameras on the property.”

She was helpful explaining about my gift card very patient. I first told her $23.00 but it didn't fill my tank so I went back in and told her $5.00 more. She chuckled and said your car thirsty. Her smile and happy personality made my day. She also gave me a hug and told me have a nice day when I was leaving. She has excellent customer service.”

We decided to get then mild because the spicy chicken is too spicy for my family. We also got the shrimp popcorn, it's okay, it taste better with the sauce. Worker Crystal was very helpful, kind and genuine. More places need to hire people that welcoming at their counters.”
