(February 15, 2020, 4:16 pm)After reading many negative reviews, I was nervous, but everything about my experience was great. The shuttle from the airport to the lot was timely and the driver was super friendly and gave tips for our stay. The man working the counter was friendly. He tried convincing my to purchase their insurance, but I declined because I had my own and he didn’t get pushy. The car was super clean, both on the outside and inside, and ran great. Drop off was quick and simple. I have no complaints at all.
