(February 6, 2020, 6:15 pm)Awesome Experience!!!!! Thanks Guys (Jeff, Amar, Gary and most of all Wayne for staying over time yesterday and working on my application. Went down today and no more than 20 minutes tops. I got my car and went on home Happy!!!!! My insurance company is the only reason why things even took 20 minutes. The process with buying was probably under 5 minutes, Mahalo to Jeff ???? recommend these guys to anyone!!!!

(August 15, 2019, 4:45 pm)I totalled my car and needed to get in something else quickly. My dad suggested buying a rental car and Hertz was the closest place on island. My sales guy Bryan Okuno was excellent. He's very nice and super helpful with explaining the rent2buy program they offer. You go online and pick a rental car, reserve it and it comes to the lot. The only downside to this is since it's not on the lot you cant see if it has any issues until it arrives. (They have plenty options on the lot though)
Hertz should improve this part by posting actual pictures of the car and not stock. Make sure you get the car inspected while you are in the rental period!!!!The sales manager was also helpful along with Jeff in financing.

(March 24, 2019, 5:20 pm)Excellent customer service hands down. Originally came in looking for a Nissan Rouge, Wayne showed me this amazing 2016 VW Tiguan. VW originally wasn’t an option for me, but after test driving and doing my research, I came back the next day and closed the deal. For the same price as the Nissan, I got more car for my money, and I couldn’t be happier with my new ride.
Hertz is definitely the way to go. No haggling, good cars for a good price. If you’re looking for a new ride, go to Wayne, he’s your guy!
