Forest Bathing Hawai‘i

Forest Bathing here was a truly magnificent, refreshing, and soul-cleansing experience.
My boyfriend had never been in nature like this before. He doesn't care too much for it, but here, he was very engaged and caring to the experience. I have always been connected to the Earth. We BOTH felt like this journey with Phyllis gave us exactly what our souls needed. We also made new friends!
Phyllis has a true gift of guiding others. She does it well. If you allow yourself to release the stress and anxieties of your daily life as a human, you will find your inner self here. You will find something worth keeping in the long run.

Phyllis was an exceptional guide along a meditative journey. I am going to repeat this experience as it is now in my toolkit as an exceptional addition to my meditation/mindfulness practice. Thank you Phyllis!
