“Small place tucked away in Pauoa Valley. Always busy...only open Monday to Friday. Friendly staff and great service. They just make you feel you can trust them...not like some big shops. Our 2004 Toyota Corolla wouldn't start and the shifter wouldn't engage in any gear. Google said the issue was probably as simple as a disengaged shift cable ($150) to as bad as a broken shift cable ($500). Priams diagnosed it as a disengaged cable...fixed it in 30 mins...went beyond to make sure it never happens again...and charged me only $140 for parts and labor. I had brought my other cars here before and was always satisfied...in fact there were a few times they didn't even charge me since I only asked for a diagnosis and estimate...some shops charge you for that kind of stuff. Need your car fixed right...bring it to Priams.”
