Concentra Urgent Care

Very clean, and nice environment. They help you through processing, very promted... to get you moving. Took longer than I thought, but I know it had to get done.

I came early morning, not too many people waiting. They were friendly and professional, took my test and got done quickly!
They need a bigger parking lot though- I came the previous day around lunch time and it was packed! No parking available!
Overall, good friendly service and quick!

I needed to get a drug screening done as part of the hiring process to start a new job, and was able to walk in without an appointment, waited less than 10 minutes after filling out paperwork, and was out the door in under 30 minutes total. Staff was professional and courteous, and the experience couldn’t have been easier or smoother.

I have had less than good experiences at Concentra until this year. The main thing that changed was the exam nurse who helped me this time. Corina is a fast learner and unusually wise for the type of employee I am use to having in her position. She was confident when she knew something and inquisitive when she had doubts. Overall I had the fastest and smoothest experience I have ever had at Concentra; no mistakes or waiting in seats. Good hustle Corina.

Strange part of town for a clinic could have been easier to find if map provided. Was fast in and out for employment drug screen. Place a little bit dirty in waiting area. Receptionist pleasant.
