Lovely place. Not that crowded so you could join in with peaceful calm and sit in the meditation room. Beautiful temples.
Mu-Ryang-Sa is spacious, clean, and so so open! You are surrounded by tropical plants, sky-high palm trees, and the warmth from the sun is absolutely invigorating. Beautiful statues leave you in awe while the peaceful environment releases you from life's stresses. 5/5 stars from my experience and visit. I enjoyed having the entire temple to ourselves. I was able to explore the grounds at my own pace and didn't have to wait around on other people in order to snag a good photo. I appreciated the donation requests weren't being forced upon visitors and the suggested rates are an absolute steal. This place deserves way more than the $3 general admission they are hoping for and we happily delivered. You won't be disappointed!
Beautiful grounds. Very quiet place that is a hidden gem. Tours don't come here or promote it because there is only six parking spaces, and maybe a few more unofficial ones. Much more interesting than the temple that the tours promote and take you too.
Tranquil and amazing architecture. Worth a quiet visit and bring a few dollars to donate to their cause
Beautiful and serene temple, perfect for a quick visit. Love the ocean view through the valley over the kimchi pots.
Tips: Please be respectful, meditation may be in progress. Bring small bills of cash for entrance fee/respectful donation, located near the temple entrance. Follow signs for free visitor parking in the temple. *While you're here, go to the orchid nursery down the road
