Hawaii Luxury Stone

Rooms were VERY nice.... NOT cheap at all but the weekend we stayed we could not find any other rooms everyone else was booked up due to basketball tournament... Cheerleading competition... And orchestra and choir competition... Very little shampoo and conditioner and soap in the bathroom for the price we paid there should have been more... So needless to say not all of us got to take a shower ... But all in all pretty clean and nice hotel

Erin, Kim and Joseph are exceptional!!! I was welcomed with warmth and kindness and they took excellent care of all my needs! The property is clean and well taken care of, and our room was comfortable and big. We will be staying at this property again. Also, I am a Titanium Elite member and they recognized my status and thanked me for my loyalty.

The location was convenient to our reason for traveling, but a member of our group had his catalytic converter stolen in the parking lot and they have no cameras. The room layout was a little odd with lots of open, wasted space in the entry and hardly any room to squeeze by the bed nearest the window. The lights on the bed didn't work, so it was a little dark in that half of the room. Linens, towels, and bathroom were clean, floors were so-so. The staff was very friendly. Free breakfast included powdered eggs, a sausage/potato/peppers mix, instant oatmeal packets, toast, bagels, various small cereal boxes, fruit, milk, juice, and coffee...not bad.

I really enjoyed my stay!!! Rooms were very nice and neat. Joshua checked us in to our hotel room in such a timely fashion. He told us all about the places to eat in the area and about the free morning breakfast. He gave us excellent customer service with a smile on his face!
