I liked the place because they had what I wanted, glucosamine, chondroitin and shark cartilage for rebuilding my joints and hopefully keep the arthritis in my tailbone at bay and hopefully to restoring the cushioning as was accomplished for a friend years earlier.

The GNC employee was helpful and seemed knowledgeable. They had several brands. I got their house brand $51 NYC Tamaflex Complete. The references on Amazon NYC page showed mostly favorable comments. Other than that no other research was done before muy purchase. Got also their GNC Shark Cartilage 750 mg.
