Some people have different opinions on their experience so my wife and I first moved in a unit that Royal Hawaiian properties showed us we fell in love with it they showed us treated us with respect and they gave us a chance and believed in US and now we're still in that unit and had no problems other than your normal maintenance routines or wears and tears other than that they do take care of the situation

Liz Hamilton and Frances Quisano work super hard for me as renter. Anytime I need a repair they are quick to get the job done. They have held it down after Les Murray passed away. They are fair and have compassion . That is really hard to find nowadays.

Liz Hamilton at Royal Hawaiian Properties managed my apartment and rented it for nearly 12 years. I always got paid and repairs were quickly done at reasonable cost. If a big fee came up I stopped receiving income only temporarily until the big fee was paid-up. 21 years ago Royal Hawaiian Properties sold another apartment for me when I returned to France, and Lesley helped me with the tax filing and Hawaiian tax break.
