Chapel Hats

Roland is an artist, not a salesman. He will treat you like family and ensure you look your best when you leave. The entire staff was friendly also, and the store has an incredible variety for everyone. I highly recommend this store and especially Roland.

Had a wonderful experience here. Hard to find hats that fit my head as it is on the bigger side. The man there took plenty of time with me to try on several styles while making an effort to source the right size, whilst also taking the time to discuss the history of each hat style. Overall, a great experience and exactly what one would hope for in a retail experience as it was clear he was passionate about his hats, which made me feel more comfortable and like I was in capable hands.

The worker here was the friendliest and most knowledgeable person. He helped us feel comfortable and helped my partner find the perfect hat. I may have to come back to get one of my own!

Not so much about the hats, which are fantastic, but the guy working there! Let him put the feathers on your hat! He makes the feather creations himself. The little bow on my hat came off in the corner and he glued it back and made me a feather decoration. Just all around good vibes in this store.

Good return policy. The hats are good quality and most are packable. I liked them so much I bought 2.
