Dr. Melba Stetz, is a beautiful woman inside & radiates outwardly! Not only did she blow my mind with her accuracy but she was able to make sense to areas within my life & medical conditions that no one else have ever been able to help me understand. Her, "to the point" direct, style is a breath of fresh air. There is no confusion around the information & guidance she shares. Where to start? There are so many ways Dr. Stetz has opened doors for me.

My situation goes back many years into my childhood. I had developed unproductive patterns early in my life that I was not completely aware of how unhealthy those habits were until I began seeing Dr. Stetz. Her process for becoming unstuck was with compassion,  intuitive guidance and authentic tools that opened the metaphoric door for me to move forward to a path to healing and starting fresh as "new and improved Brenda." Since then I have moved forward and rose above those unproductive habits. I have established and accomplished goals. My workplace interactions have become positive and productive, even when negative interactions have manifested. I use the tools I have learned in my time with Dr. Stetz.

Now,  moving to the next phase, Dr. Stetz is now my professional life coach and working on bringing my professional goals to fruition to accomplish things on my list, i.e., certification inner areas, creating and implementing professional competencies into my endeavors leading to having my dream job while loving my work. Dr. Stetz is the best behavioral health specialist I have ever met. She helped me deal with anxiety, ADHD, and maximizing my performance in day to day life. Dr. Stetz changed my life in so many ways.

Dr. Stetz has really helped me notice my moments of self-shaming during a time of struggle. She has helped me realize that I need to put myself first and focus on positives rather than self-focused negatives, and am very thankful for that!
