Walked in for a simple service but these guys saved me! I knew I was going to need new tires soon, but not this soon and before vacation. Their expertise and advice really saved me from a potential accident. They always have great customer service and really helped out on prices. Highly recommended!

We had a saga! And Big O Tires fixed it for us! We had been traveling cross-country with our motorhome when our a/c in our follow car went out a few states/months back. We got it repaired, but it never worked correctly and finally went out again. When we got to visit family in Georgetown, they said - go to Big O Tires - they're good. And were they! They diagnosed the problem - a broken compressor, which was still under warranty. They advised us to look into getting the part replaced under warranty, which took some bureaucracy, I'll tell ya, because the original mechanic was with a different national franchise. They were super patient, helpful, and thorough. And now I've got super cold air coming out within a few minutes of starting up the engine. Thanks, Mike and Megan and everyone else behind the scenes!

Staff is very nice. Clean establishment. Good selection of tires. Helped me decide what was best for my car and price range. Highly recommend!
