The Dr. Scruggs was so helpful. Him and the staff knew right away what the problem was and answered all of our questions. He even gave us a fallow up call to make sure things were going well. So thankful for our experience here.
Hannah the nurse was so kind and friendly with my son who hurt his arm. We came in from the beach and my daughter was shivering so Hannah got two warm blankets for my daughter and son! The doctor came in and she quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed his arm! Great experience!
Easily the most smooth and pleasant ER experience I've ever had. I typically will avoid the ER at all costs because they always seem to be a nightmare, but this was the exact opposite of what I experienced at Castle. Efficient, professional, and seemed like the care givers actually cared. Thanks!
