We were visiting from then mainland and had some papers to finish submitting for my boyfriend's claim on his stolen vehicle. His insurance is with AllState. We called this AllState office and Gina was so professional and was able to get us the information we needed. Marcus acted as the witness for the papers we needed. This was all last minute and they really helped us in our time of need.
We aren't local to have this office as our agent but if we were-- we definitely would because they were so helpful and professional even though we weren't their long term clients!
