(October 29, 2020, 3:24 pm)I almost had a terrible experience at this AT&T store, but Inez went ABOVE and BEYOND to assist me and make sure that I received my new phone. Her customer service skills are unmatched! She is also very, very knowledgeable! I told her i hoped she was on the fast track for management! Whatever they are paying her, is not enough! She would be the main reason I would return to this store. Thank you so much for all of your help!

(June 18, 2020, 9:04 pm)One of the best AT&T stores on Oahu!! I needed to get a new phone and I had the pleasure of working with Inez to do so. She was extremely helpful and took the time to make sure I was taken cared of. It is definitely clear they care about their customers and not just making sales. It was easily the best experience I’ve ever had purchasing an iPhone. I would highly recommend anyone and everyone to visit this AT&T store!!

The store was very clean and the staff was very responsive regarding my health and safety, I appreciate the fact that the staff cared. My associate was clear on answering my questions the manager was very friendly and greeted all the customers in the store which made it feel very comfortable. Loved the energy. Highly recommend this clean and friendly store. Thank you for caring.
