Sylvester, offers excellent service and good advice. I have 2002 Mercedes S55 I had him diagnoses some concerns I had and told me exactly what is needed and cost. I brought in my brother in-laws former 2008 CLS 550 with leaking air suspension that was quoted $10k to fix 1 front and 2 rear air struts at Mercedes Benz of Honolulu. Mercedes was then gracious enough to offer him $1500 for the car as a trade in. I was able to to take ownership of the vehicle and have Sylvester and his partner repair the vehicle. We decided to replace the OEM air suspension with aftermarket coil springs since the rest of the air suspension could fail i.e. compressor, valves, etc. The car was dropped off during the holiday season, and I understood the promised delivery of the vehicle after the New Year. However, I was pleasantly surprised when Sylvester called on Christmas Eve to tell me the car was done at a third of the dealership estimate.

I used to go with German Car Service in Kalihi which is also a great shop. However, CS Eurocars is much closer to my home, and it is now my go to shop for my two Mercedes vehicles. Sylvester is honest and down to earth. I'm sorry that I didn't get his partner's name, but he is a true car guy. We talked about our rides, and he reignites the love one has with his vehicles.

I am thankful that I saw Sylvester's GL with his shop name on the back window at Costco Kapolei parking lot.
