St. Jude Catholic Church

I go to this church. I like it very much The father is nice. Very comfortable

My vacation Parish away from my local Texas Parish. People are awesome!

This parish is the most kid friendly welcoming one we have found in oahu. Covid has certainly spread people out, but in spite of masks this is a friendly place to celebrate mass.

We were visiting my family and my husband suggested this church. Very warm and welcoming with great spiritual, yet homey feel
..if we lived in Hawaii, this would be our Parish. They also give leis to visitors,those celebrating anniversaries etc..

When I moved to Makakilo, I wanted a catholic church to go to. I also needed a priest right away to bless my home. It was fairly easy to call the church and schedule a home visit by a priest. He was on time and very kind. He literally went to every room and area of my home and blessed it with holy water. I attempted to give a donation to him but he refused and told me, "Just come to our church and be a part of the community".

Church looks nice, no problems at all so far. One thing I didn't like is their baptism process. It was sort of like a group baptism where all the babies go up at once and they are baptised quickly one after the other. Unlike other choices where each child goes up individually with their parents.
