The nurses and doctors are super nice. I love that I can get a same day appointment if I leave a message for my provider online. Not hard at all to be seen or cared for.

Active Duty and retired military health clinic. Great clinic, friendly staff, ample parking. Been going there since it opened 10+ years ago. Will be devastated if they ever close due to budget cuts.

Stopped to pick up med. refill. Pharmacy provided all meds on refill list even tho I was expecting 1. Outside med. pickup is very efficient. Staff takes your information in one lane. You park. When your meds are ready for pickup you go thru a different lane. Very easy process without getting out of your car.

My son and I switched to Warrior Ohana almost 3 years ago because I didn't like the clinic we were assigned and WO is right down the road. We like our doctor and nurses and have never had an issue being seen. It is sometimes hard to get someone on the phone, but I've had a lot of luck using the RelayHealth messaging system. The pharmacy is usually pretty quick, especially for refills if you request them online in advance. Immunizations is quick, too. I don't know her name, but there is a woman in there who never misses my vein and I love her. We are about to PCS and it makes me sad that we will be going to a different clinic as I really do enjoy this one.

I have needed same day appointments for my kids several times and there is ALWAYS ample availability. Appointments are easy to schedule online for regular check ups or same day (there is no need to call!). I've never waited more than 5 minutes in the waiting room to be called back which is a huge plus. My Dr is amazing, she heard out a long list of my concerns, addressed them all individually and honestly had the best bedside manner of any doctor I've ever seen. Least awkward physical exam ever. So bonus points there. I've never felt rushed or unheard here. My sons' pediatrician and my PCM always take ample time with us, and our appointments never feel rushed. A+++ for the whole team here at Warrior Ohana.
