Love this location!! The staff are so welcoming and kind and speedy! It was a busy morning but I got my drink and food in a timely manner and everyone had a positive attitude. Will definitely come back again when I'm on that side of the island.

Three ladies working the front, they were out of so many things but the service was excellent. Very sweet girls. Very efficient and fast considering how busy they were.

I feel so spoiled going to a Starbucks that isn’t running on all four cylinders constantly! The staff here are very sweet and gave us recommendations on how to spend the cloudy day. Great drinks too.

This review is about service, food, and drink and not prices - as they are high and so is everything else in Hawaii. The staff at this location are really nice. Our drinks came out perfect and so did the sandwiches. The Lava Flow, featured drink at this Ko Olina location, is a must-have if you are looking for a refreshing drink. I highly recommend visiting when in the area.
