CDL - Commercial Driver Licensing Office

Had a awesome time renewing my driver's license here. The workers were super nice and extremely helpful and knowledgeable. My application was processed expediently and thoroughly with no issues. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes max! Too bad my license expires once every 10 years , what a great place to visit.

I was able to make a same day appointment here to renew my driver’s license. Kapolei was full til march but luckily i found this place . They are so nice and efficient , no hassle whatsoever and very organized . I definitely will come back here to renew my license again . Thank you so much CDL

Apparently it took a pandemic to streamline the process to get your license renewed.

They have it down to an efficient science now.

Make sure you make your appointment ahead of time online, I think that's the only way you can get in the door anyways.

Then make sure you have your form filled out online, they do offer you a form if you haven't, but to help the process go faster.

Make sure you have all the correct documentation.

There was a lady who takes your name and helps get people in the door, this lady is key to the effiency of this process.

Wish it were this easy before.

Used this location for license renewal online appointment. Jessica was the only staff working on all the appointments (every 10 min). She was extremly friendly, helpful, fast, efficient and did it all with a smile. All appointments were right on time because she worked so hard. The world needs more people like her. Pearl City license office issues driver renewal/ duplicate license by appointment only. Located at 897 2nd. St. in the Commercial Drivers Licensing office.Drive down Lehua Ave. to 2nd St. just before the overpass and turn left onto 2nd St. The first gate opening on the right side is the CDL building under the overpass.Parking is free and after entering the building,2 lines are for CDL license, stay on the left side and walk to windows 5&6 which are for Aloha Q appointment only.Have a sit and wait till they call you ,takes about 15 minutes to process your renewal driver license.
