The appointment went well. My mother was seen as scheduled. Hearing test conducted. She answered all my questions. Just need to follow up with my mother’s insurance.

I am 87 and a half and half blind with macular degeneration and my hearing aid in the one hearing aid that they Insurance Company finally gave me under their coverage have to be inspected after 8 months and adjusted to little higher reception of sound as most of the how I can change the battery by myself since I can't see I have to do it by feeling they spend an extra half an hour explaining everything so my touch can determine how to pull the little fella apart a little hearing aid replace batteries by touch and feel and then let me sit in their air conditioned waiting room until my handy van came about 45 minutes later because it was quite hot outside being facing a parking lot of asphalt on a hot day around noon time let me have their nice distilled water so this one visit made the whole thing very pleasant and helpful they took the extra step to make sure I was satisfied so that's why I'm giving them a five star on the very first meeting about 9 months prior also excellent service so that's my experience of two visits in 9 months to their Waipahu Hawaii office in Shopping Center I think it's a town center well I hope this helps people decide on at least you get good service and help out there branch

Beltone in Pearl City was very clean and organized. They called us in before our scheduled appointment time and Carey Cooper was very knowledgeable with the different kinds of hearing aids. Carey was very helpful with Guy Shigemoto in selecting the right hearing aid for him. Definitely will use Beltone in the future.

Having to have a hard time hearing made it more difficult for me to have a regular conversation or even driving. Having the mentality of being ashamed of wearing hearing aids was the number one thing I had in my mind. But Carrie and the staff made me comfortable about having to wear hearing aids and how important it was to have one. Their services is top notch always willing to help me adjust it, cleaning it, making sure my pair was just as good as it came out the box. She would explain everything to my son. That way I could ask a question and that he may give me the answer. I highly recommend Beltone Hearing Care Center to anyone in need of a second chance of hearing clear again.
