So whoever is giving low stars please don't don't blame them,blame them insurance companies that take FOREVER to approve anything....great work Dave n Frank.

They are very knowledgeable of their products and how to meet the needs of individuals with difficult disabilities. Yes, sometimes you may need to wait for a call back because they are a small office. I really like the new location in Pearl City.
