Absolutely the best barbershop to come get your haircut if you work on the waterfront portion of the base in Pearl Harbor. They don’t always have a big number of barbers ready to cut hair, but if you come early in the morning or later in the evening it’s a good way to get in and out quickly with a decent haircut. The best thing about this NEX Barber Shop is that it’s open early in the morning on both the weekdays and on the weekends. Definitely recommend it to everyone.

My go to place for a quick haircut. Price for military haircut is currently $13. Only had my hair cut sloppily once out of the 10+ times I have been here. They pay close attention to detail and are quick.
