(41 y/o, retired USAF E-8) I had to come on Google to submit my review because MTFs are constantly changing, and you never know what you will get based on current personnel, leadership and policies. I think the reviews on here are not reflective of the concept of change.
I was concerned about going to the ACC this morning based on the reviews but realized it was my best choice. I was in and out in less than 40 min, granted the ACC was slow at 0900 on a Saturday. I think the service I received was a 5* rating!
I would have given the ACC 5*, but I requested a copy of my report from the visit so I could submit it to the VA and could not have it. After 15 min of "processing the report," I was told they cannot give it to me and I would have to retrieve it from the patient records section during normal duty hours. I am use to receiving documentation of my visit when receiving ER type medical care and didn't realize a 2-3 page report could not be printed.
Needless to say, outside of that personal issue...the ACC was great! I recommend using this service if ever in need.
