(October 22, 2014, 8:21 pm)The best place on the island I have found to train whether your looking to lose weight/get in shape, learn self defense, or compete in tournaments. They have a family friendly environment with BJJ classes 7 days a week, Insanity classes, Yoga, and Muay Thai Kickboxing.
