(May 6, 2021, 11:44 pm)My driver's license was up for renewal and I was disappointed that the only appointment I could get after numerous attempts was at the Waianae satellite city hall because of the long drive. However my brother-in-law told me he always goes there for his renewals. After my experience there today I can see why. Everyone is so pleasant and helpful! When my next renewal comes up I'll probably go back there again. Mahalo to the personnel there for a most pleasant experience.
