Customer service was and always has been top notch! My service agent (Ashley) is always on top of her game. She is courteous and friendly all the time. The customer service employees greet us by name every time we have a service appointment!

Overall we had a great experience and walked out with the Ioniq Hybrid. This is our 2nd purchase at Tony Hyundai. We would have wanted a better APR, but we were still able to purchase our new car. Ken was very helpful and assisted us throughout the process. Very good experience.

Ken Smiley handled the transaction exceptionally well. I had previously leased a car through Ken, and going through the process again was as good as it was the first time. There were some minor paperwork delays having to go back and forth with the finance department, but overall, it was a very easy transaction.
