“20 Years ago - I was the manager of a Large commercial Kitchen in Kailua. This company put in the floor without delays like some Government contractors will dream up. Not 1 Tile was broken moving the equipment back into the kitchen. Most times there is a few broken tiles. The floor worked great and is still working great - had a Floor drain problem and Dug up the floor - Had the 2 cases of tiles and baseboard backup left for just this reason. Also had the plumbing company do another job they said "they don't male that tile anymore" I had the Box and bam I made them buy the tile (not something they had laying around) The floor worked great to this day. Earthquake October 2011? This floor held up. They used Good Adhesive not just plain old stuff. I just thought about this floor is why I am doing a rating. Oct. 2020”
